I meet my roommate, who is a lovely girl except for the fact that she is dead, and then I start uncontrollably singing. With that under my belt, I really think I'm starting to take this place in stride, provided something really deadly doesn't happen like gravity reversing direction or Combustion Man showing up.

Inoue, I've been meaning to ask you where you got your sword from. My master gave me some drills to work on, but so far I haven't even been able to find even a good stick to substitute for a sword.

Also, would they have boomerangs in the same place you got your sword?

I can't get to sleeep,
I think about the implications,
of diving in too deep,
and possibly the complications.

I know we'll be all right.

Okay, this place is crawling with Fire Nation people. Don't take it personally Zuko and Ty Lee (Azula, feel free to take it personally), but I spent the better part of the last few years running from and/or fighting you guys, so the idea of being okay with the Fire Nation will always be a bit weird.

Speaking of this place, and speaking of weird, this place is WEIRD. The only time I've seen buildings like this is maybe in Ba Sing Se, which besides being the world's premiere vacation spot for COMPLETE LUNATICS, was made by earthbenders, so it made since to use rocks as building materials.

Even if these buildings were made by earthbenders, they're just so ... ugly. It's like they were built just to cram as many people into them as possible, and give them all one little hole that they can peep out of.

Well, I'm heading for one of them right now. Not homeless anymore. Just gotta find where Mui-okto is, and hope it's an apartment as advertised because right now it sounds like the kinda name you'd give a bearskunk.

And bearskunks are scary.

Hey there universe. How you doing? Everything going okay? Good! Good, glad to hear it.

What? Me? I'm doing fine. I finally completed that life-altering quest to save the world I've been doing for the last few years, helped the Avatar restore balance to the world, got a girlfriend, YUP, an actual girlfriend. Things couldn't be going better.

That is until a giant stupid space beam ... from ... space came and dropped me here to fight ghosts or aliens or something else not real.

Believe me when I tell you that you got the wrong guy. You want Ang, he's the guy who's all in touch with spirits and bringing balance and stuff. He once rescued me from a giant bear (I don't usually need rescuing, but in my defense, the bear was a real jerk).

Is it because of the whole meat thing? Karma and all that? Because I swear, if you let me go home, I will never ever ever EVER eat meat again ...

... for like a whole month! I promise!
